Ed established Ed Silk Real Estate in 1996 after 5 years experience working in other companies in the area.  Ed is enormously successful both as a salesman and as a leader who has extraordinary enthusiasm and vision.  Ed's committment to service and excellence is the driving force behind the agency and the main reason behind its amazing success.

Sonia Howe - Sales

Sonia has been with the Ed Silk team for the past 2 years and has recently moved into our Sales team. With a passion for Real Estate, Sonia works alongside Ed providing exceptional service to both existing and new clients. Sonia is currently studying for her Real Estate Licence.

Leslie Beardmore - Personal Assistant to CEO/Office Manager

Leslie is originally from Queensland but settled in Northern NSW in early 2006.  Having more than 10 years experience in the finance industry, in both banking and stockbroking, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our firm as Personal Assistant to the Principal and Office Manager.

Sarah Powell - Receptionist

Sarah is our front of house receptionist and manages all incoming calls and guests. She has 10 years experience in customer service, and a degree in Environmental Science. Sarah studied in the area, before returning home to Sydney, but is now pleased to be back in Byron Bay.

Property Management

Elke Sullivan - Holiday Property Manager

Elke came into real estate in Byron Bay in 2003 after working for a leading agency in the northern suburbs of Sydney.  She has extensive property management knowledge and is a licensed real estate agent.  Elke has an absolute commitment to customer service and is friendly and always ready to assist on the end of the phone.

Amy Miller - Holiday Property Officer

Amy is part of our dynamic Holiday Property trio. She works alongside Elke, ensuring you enjoy your stay in Byron Bay. Having grown up in Byron Bay, Amy has a sound knowledge of the area. With her skills in customer service and marketing, she has brought a new dimension to the team.

Jenna McKenzie - Permanent Property Manager

Jenna is our friendly-faced Property Manager. After realising her Real Estate potential whilst travelling in the UK, she joined as our Receptionist, and is now studying for her Real Estate licence.

Jenna is honest and reliable, and passionate about Property Management. You will find her knowledge in this area beneficial in the management of your assets.
