(Bedding Configuration - 1 Queen, 4 Single)
Location Description
Located opposite Clarkes Beach, situated high on the hill of Lighthouse Road, only approx 1.3 kms into town along the boardwalk.
From in front of The Beach Hotel, Jonson Street, Main Beach extends east, becoming Clarkes Beach and stretching round to The Pass.
Clarkes Beach, always busy with families and surfers walking back to the Pass, has calm waves and is an ideal place to learn to surf.
This wide north facing beach is perhaps best known for a surf beak found at the far end – The Pass. The Pass is a long RH point break that peels of the headland below Fishermans Lookout. There are also dive boats coming and going (listen for the horns and watch out for the boats)
