Location Description
Located approx 300 metres from Wategos Beach, this property is located in the dress circle at Wategos only a 5 minute drive to Beautiful Byron Bay.
Wategos beach is popular with long boarders and is a great family beach. The beach patrolled in the summer holidays is known for safe unbroken waves, ideal for beginners. A safe, sheltered beach ideal for children and families as well as surfers and surf skis, Wategos also has public barbecues and toilets. A walk over the headland on a wooden walkway will bring you to Little Wategos, a lovely quiet beach overlooked by the walking track to the lighthouse. Regular visitors include the dolphins who surf the waves to the delight of everyone.
