BYRON BAY ACCOMMODATION PET FRIENDLY
Set on approx one acre of manicured lawns and established gardens, this unique timber home is only approx 100 metres to Belongil Beach.
Marketing Description
This home has generous spaces, and plenty of comfortable sitting areas throughout. The living areas and bedrooms face onto decks from where you can soak up the peace and quiet, and the sound of the ocean. Downstairs is the large timber kitchen, dining and lounge area flowing out to the rear deck with BBQ. On this lower level is the main bathroom with combined laundry, and two bedrooms with two sets of bunks in each. Upstairs you will find another living area leading to berooms three and four with decks.
A second bathroom is also located on this floor. Here you can be surrounded by nature and yet be only approx 1.5 kms to the shops and restaurants that Byron Bay has to offer. Comfortable for two families or large groups of guests.

Location Description
Located approx 100 metres to the pristine Belongil Beach and 1.5 kms into Byron Bay town centre.
Belongil beach starts at the western side of Main Beach car park, and has particular appeal to surfers thanks to The Wreck. Emerging from the sea just here is the wreck of the SS Wollongbar, which sank in a cyclone many years ago, offering good snorkelling opportunities. From here, all the way along Belongil Beach gets is good share of waves. It is great for both the experienced surfer and beginner.
